Sometimes we reach a moment when the old ways no longer carry us. You may find yourself at a threshold — feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I’ve seen people overcome significant blocks in order to feel more like themselves, and who they have been longing to be in relationships and the world. Connection with the right therapist is life changing.
We will work together with the parts of your life that are hardest to face. Whether its anxiety, depression, trauma, feeling powerless, or something else, giving yourself the time to space to truly understand yourself rejuvenates what is stressed, dulled, or painful.
