Individual Therapy
Sometimes we reach a moment when the old ways no longer carry us. You may find yourself at a threshold — feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and engage a process of growth and healing.
My approach is relational, somatic (mind+body), and experiential. I trust that healing unfolds by a greater awareness that is possible in the right relationship. I’m open to whatever you want to bring in, knowing that whatever you’re looking for is often hidden in plain sight, and that your coping strategies are important and tell a story all their own.
