About Me

I came to therapy upon realizing how powerful it is to recognize and honor the difficulties we experience in life. Talking with the right person may bring you not only to resolution, but to finding new strengths, vitality, and an increased confidence in yourself and the choices you make.

Whether you’re navigating creative blocks, relational struggles, old patterns of disconnection, or the quiet sense that something more is possible, I offer a therapy space rooted in curiosity, emotional depth, and embodied presence.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process — where what we each bring to the session is valuable. That said, you don’t need to know what to talk about — you don’t even need to talk! We’ll move together, and work at a pace that’s right for you, building the capacity for more openness, resilience, and meaningful change.
