About Me
I came to therapy upon realizing how powerful it is to recognize and honor the difficulties we experience in life. Talking about what troubles you, with the right person, may bring you not only to resolution, but to finding new strengths, vitality, and an increased confidence in yourself and the choices you make.
I’ve been practicing in Seattle since 2012. I’ve had extended training in couples therapy, and bring that knowledge to both my couples and individual patients, who often want to have better, more meaningful relationships.
Therapy is so much more than talking about what feels bad — it’s about finding what part of you is fighting to come to the surface and finding more meaning in your life. Along with my education and training, I bring compassionate, intuitive listening, and the intention to be with you as you are, now.
